Run 400 meters
30 Glute-ham sit-ups
250 pound Deadlift, 15 reps

SO1 Joshua Thomas Harris, 36, drowned during combat operations, August 30th 2008 in Afghanistan. He is survived by his parents Dr. Sam and Evelyn Harris, his brother Ranchor and twin sister Kiki.
Run this one with a warrior spirit in his honor. Try not to scale. Screw your time. Just get this one done for Josh, and guys like him that know what sacrifice truly is.

Did Mr. Joshie today as Rx'd (full GHD situps and 250# Deadlifts) Got done in 35:05. Not a nice workout. At all. I am going to be sorry I did that one. But I am not sorry. At least I can feel the pain from the workout. Cant say the same for Josh. RIP warrior.

I did this workout yesterday on the 16th. I did the workout aa Rx'd. Good workout and feels good too. I did the workout in 29:00 i thinkg the worst part was the GHDs as much as my belly hurts this morning.
