Wed is no fun

Here is the workout for today from www.crossfit.com Enjoy it!

Five rounds for max reps of:

Body weight bench press
Pull-ups
Body weight back squat

So, you will max reps for all rounds of the above exercises. Good form, push through it. No time component, and no time constraint on your rest period. Just get it done. See you all later.

Post reps and loads for all three exercises in all rounds.

Great workout, we are all sore as hell from yesterdays workout. However, we knocked it out, Flip Flop Frank did not attend it was only Sgt Boerger, Capt Salm, Capt Croniser.

Sgt Boergers weight an times:
Bench Press; 175lbs
Reps: 6/5/4/4/.5

Pull-ups: 25/21/20/20/22

Back Squats; 175lbs
Reps: 16/13/11/12/8

Captain Salm weight and times:
Bench Press; 135lbs
Reps: 10/7/6/4/4

Pull-ups: 21/17/13/13/15

Back Squat; 135lbs
Reps: 17/12/10/10/10

Captain Croniser weight and times:
Bench Press; 135lbs
Reps: 10/9/9/6/6

Pull-Ups: 20/18/15/13/13

Back Squats; 135lbs
Reps: 15/12/12/12/12
