You choose Thursday

Today is your choice. Do whatever you want to do for PT today. But keep it light. Today is what they call an "active recovery day". In other words, you keep your workout light, fun, and short. Try something new today, or play a game with your section, but do something fun. Get a somewhat restful day in preperation for Friday's workout. Everyone have a good day, and as always, post what you did to the comments section.

I did the following:

20 seconds work on each exercise, back to back on each one with no rest. 1 minute rest between rounds, 5 rounds total. Exercises were the following, all with 2 54# kbs.

Overhead walk
Rack holds
Farmers walk
L-sit
Renegade rows
Suitcase deadlift

Good active recovery workout. Got the forearms engaged, thats for sure.

sorry havent been on in about a week we picked up charley company so ive been slammed but ill catch you up real quick. Monday i did a 4.5 mile run in the morning and "Angie" in the afternoon. Tuesday i ran to TBS in the morning. Wedsnday i ran from TBS to WBTN and back to TBS which is a smidge over 4 miles and today i did last fridays workout. I wont be able to come to the workouts for the next couple of weeks but ill keep up on the work outs tommorow will be three weeks of crossfit/running and im down 5 LBS and have lost 3/4 of an inch off my waist looking forward to tommorows workout!

Got a good forearm workout today reeling trout in for a few hours! Ready for Friday's workout, sounds like it's a doozy!
