TIME FOR THE TOTAL!!!

Here it is. Its even the Main Page WOD for today.... How good am I? Anyway, follow this link, and read about the total here from the Crossfit main site.

I will go over the finer points of the total today when we do it. This is a 1rm day. You get three attempts per exercise for your 1rm. Shoulder Press, Squat, and Deadlift. Let me know what time you guys want to do this. The reason we do a total is so that you can accurately gauge not only your starting weights for certain exercises, but to also gauge your progress. Lets get it done today, and BRING ME YOUR MONEY. AND GREEN I NEED A BY NAME LIST FOR EVERYONE YOU SUBMITTED TO ME, please. Thanks. And as always, make sure to post your totals to the comments.

Hey Chris if you get stuck with a few extra shirts I would be happy to take one of your hands. I could use Paypal or something like that. I know you said you couldn't work that out but I am sure we could work something out if your stuck with a bunch extra. I will be home on leave in about a month or so in Mi. Not happy with my score, but for a 130 pounder my weights were good by standard.

Shoulder Press
1st 95#
2nd 105# (F) 80% body weight

Squat
1st 175#
2nd 195#
3rd 205# (F) 1.6x body weight

Deadlift
1st 265# (F) 2x body weight

TOTAL WAS 575

SP: 175(PR) .92 times bw
DL: 405(PR) 2.13 times bw

Total: 905(PR)

WHOOO!!! What a day. Extremely happy with that total. Have been mixing MEBB days with Crossfit Metcons the last three weeks, and its really paying off. Hope everyone else has a great total today!

Havent maxed out in a long time but I am happy with my numbers for now. I need to improve in squat and press, deadlift is alright but that will go up with more work as well.

Anyways that is the link for the chart to see how you are ranked by your total. All of us by our body weight are Intermediate level which is pretty good in my opinion for what we do. I mean our lives involve PT as Marines but I know I dont eat and sleep crossfit everyday all day. I love it sometimes i dont feel as if we even did anything after some of the little WODs I know it is working but it doesnt feel like it.

different WOD do different things Boerger. Like when we do a MEBB day, the "mini" WODs that we do after are really nothing more than a warm down on steriods. They really are meant to do nothing more than get the heart rate back up to a good level of excertion for a small period of time. Your weights and times are going up and down though, so you are doing something right.

Not bad considering I just got back from my 1st phase of Marine Officer Candidate School, where I lost 10lbs muscle, gained 5lbs fat, and didn't lift a weight for almost 2 months. I will get my total back up in no time. Thank God for muscle memory!

Great workout, extreemly pleased with the outcome. I weigh in at 135lbs and these are the weights that I put up;

Back Squats:
1st- 175lbs
2nd- 195lbs
3rd- 205lbs: 1.5x Body Weight

Shoulder Press:
1st- 95lbs
2nd- 105lbs
3rd- 115lbs: 85% Body Weight

Deadlift:
1st- 265lbs
2nd- 285lbs
3rd- 300lbs: 2.2x Body Weight

Total 3rd round lift weight: 620lbs: 4.6x Body Weight
