Scale weight as needed, not reps. Knock this one out as fast as you possibly can without sacrificing form. Go for a nice light run afterwards if you want, as this WOD should take you 10 minutes or under. I think the recent fastest time for this one is 2:05. Knocked this one out in 10:08. What a pain, we didn't have enough pull up bars so I was running 75 meters in between each exercise. Great workout
